Scope of service
Ballpawa provides football stadium discovery content and travel-oriented information layers. The app experience is informational and assistive; it does not replace official venue rules, ticketing sources, or legal travel guidance.
Acceptable use
- Use Ballpawa lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not misuse generated content for harmful, illegal, or deceptive activities.
- Do not attempt to disrupt app infrastructure or third-party service integrations.
Generated responses and third-party processing
Certain in-app responses are generated through external text processing technology. For this purpose, only the text entered by the user for a given request is transmitted to generate a result.
Ballpawa does not provide user-to-user messaging channels, and users do not transfer personal data between each other through the app.
- OpenAI text generation: used to process request text and return generated answers.
- Singular: used for attribution and campaign analytics via technical identifiers.
- OneSignal: used for notification delivery and engagement messaging.
Data and account model
Ballpawa does not require a traditional personal account model for core usage. The service may rely on anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers (for example, unique technical IDs) to support analytics and push operations.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, adjusted, or removed to improve quality, compliance, or product direction. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation
Ballpawa is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim for accurate and helpful content, we do not guarantee absolute completeness or uninterrupted service performance.
