The short version
Beatery is built to turn training preferences into instrumental music. It is not a social network, not a messaging app, and not a place where users exchange personal profiles with each other. We do not run a marketplace of identities. You generate a track; you listen; you move. That is the loop.
We do not harvest dossiers of personal life. We do not ask for your biography to make a beat. Where technical identifiers exist, they exist to keep the product reliable — analytics, crash context, and push delivery — not to paint a portrait of who you are offline.
What you send when you generate music
Music generation is powered by a third-party service: FAL AI. When you use Track Description Mode or otherwise request a composition, Beatery forwards the text you typed for that generation request — the prompt describing sport, tempo, mood, style, or free-form creative notes.
That payload is creative instruction for audio, not a personal file cabinet. You are not required to include names, addresses, payment details, health records, or other identity-linked material in a prompt. Please do not paste sensitive personal information into generation fields; the product only needs musical and training context to work.
FAL AI processes the submitted text as a third-party generation provider. Beatery does not use that step as a backdoor to collect a private identity profile from you.
Third-party services we rely on
To keep the app standing, updating, and reachable, Beatery uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase — infrastructure and related product tooling (for example, app stability and operational support).
- Singular — measurement / attribution oriented analytics so we can understand how the product is found and used at an aggregate level.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery when you allow notifications on your device.
- FAL AI — third-party audio generation from the text instructions you submit for a track.
Each of these providers operates under their own terms and privacy practices. Beatery uses them as engines under the hood, not as an excuse to invent extra data hobbies.
What we do not do
- We do not let users trade personal data with each other inside Beatery — there is no peer-to-peer identity exchange.
- The developer does not collect personal life data as a product goal.
- We do not require you to expose private identity details merely to hear a generated instrumental.
Identifiers that may exist
At most, Beatery and its service partners may work with technical identifiers — for example, a unique ID used for analytics, attribution, or push notification routing. Think of these as device/session signals for product plumbing, not as a scrapbook of your private story.
Push notifications only make sense if you grant permission on your device. You can revoke that permission in system settings at any time.
Account & profile surfaces
Where the app shows a profile area (such as an avatar or standard account management), that UI exists to help you manage your use of Beatery. It is not a social graph. We still treat unnecessary personal data as unwanted weight — the product is about cadence and sound, not surveillance.
Storage of generated audio
To keep the experience light, Beatery focuses on the latest generated track. New creations replace the previous one in the simple player flow. Download and sharing features, when you use them, are initiated by you.
Children
Beatery is aimed at a general fitness audience and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to this policy
If the way Beatery handles information meaningfully changes, we will update this page. The effective date at the top is your checkpoint. Continued use after an update means you have seen the revised signal.
