Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Beatery (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy; together they describe how the product is offered and how information is handled.
What Beatery is
Beatery is an AI-assisted workout music maker. It helps you generate personalized instrumental tracks based on training parameters — sport type, BPM, mood — or free-form text descriptions. Inspiration packs draw from European music scenes (for example techno, drum and bass, house, Italo-disco, Scandinavian synth, Iberian fusion influences). The App is a creative tool for motivation and training rhythm, not medical advice, coaching certification, or a guarantee of athletic results.
Eligibility & account behavior
You must use Beatery in a lawful manner and only for purposes consistent with these terms. If account or profile features are available, you are responsible for activity under your access and for keeping credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, or overload the service.
AI generation & third-party engines
Track generation depends on third-party technology. In particular, audio responses may be produced using FAL AI, a third-party generation service. When you request a track, the App transmits the text of your generation request (workout settings summarized as prompts and/or your written description). That text is creative input for instrumental audio — not an invitation to submit personal dossiers.
Other third-party services support the product experience, including Firebase, Singular, and OneSignal, for infrastructure, measurement, and notifications. Their availability and behavior can affect features you see in the App.
AI output can vary. Generated tracks are instrumental compositions produced from your inputs and model behavior; they may not match every expectation, reference artist, or commercial recording you imagine. Beatery does not promise that a generation will sound identical across devices, network conditions, or future model updates.
Your inputs
You are responsible for the content of prompts and descriptions you submit. Do not submit unlawful material, or text that intentionally includes sensitive personal data about yourself or others. Users do not exchange personal data with each other through Beatery; the App is not a peer messaging layer for private information.
License to use the App
Prestige Life Safety Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Beatery for personal, non-commercial fitness and listening purposes, subject to these terms and any store rules that apply to your download. We retain all rights in the App, branding, design, and underlying software not expressly granted to you.
Generated tracks & usage
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may play, download (where the feature is available), and share tracks you generate for personal training and non-commercial sharing consistent with the App’s features. You may not present generated audio as human-authored studio work from a named third-party artist, or use the App to infringe others’ rights.
The player experience is intentionally simple: typically the latest generated track is kept in focus, and a new generation replaces the previous one inside that flow.
Health & training disclaimer
Music can motivate; it cannot replace professional medical or training advice. Exercise within your limits. Beatery is not responsible for injuries, missed goals, or decisions you make while training with headphones in.
Notifications
If you enable push notifications, OneSignal (or successor tooling) may be used to deliver them. You can disable notifications in device settings.
Availability
We aim to keep Beatery useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, pause, or retire as the product evolves — including generation capacity, presets, or store distribution details.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatery is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated audio is inherently variable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prestige Life Safety Ltd and the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
